1. What information do we collect, for what purpose and through what technical tools?

The information you provide us when completing the registration form, depending on the type of service requested (study trip, vacation, language internship, etc.), contain:

These data will be used only for the performance of the main and accessory services indicated in the Catalog, as well as for the fulfillment of civil, accounting and tax obligations – as per law – and will be processed on computer and paper support, with the help of modern electronic tools and IT systems, by subjects authorized by MLA to perform these tasks, constantly identified and suitably trained. The data will be protected through appropriate security measures and procedures, designed to ensure confidentiality and to avoid undue access to third parties or unauthorized personnel. The data will be protected – through suitable security procedures – even in the event of technical maintenance and assistance of the IT equipment.
The provision of the aforementioned data is mandatory, because it is necessary for the stipulation and execution of the contractual relationship and their failure, partial or incorrect conferment may result in the impossibility of establishing relations with our company.

B. In addition to this, at the time of registration, you may be provided with further information concerning the state of health and any pathologies of the participant in the study holiday (allergies, food intolerances, diseases, etc.). These data, included among those indicated in art . 9 of the GDPR “Treatment of special categories of personal data”, are essential to guarantee the assistance of the participant during the period of the study holiday and their refusal to provide them may result in the impossibility of carrying out the aforementioned assistance activities correctly.

If the person providing the data is under the age of 16, this processing is lawful only if and to the extent that such consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility for whom the identification data and a copy of the identification documents.

5. How long will this information be kept?

Each piece of information has its own life cycle.
